It was a great holiday with the fur kids. May be this was the first time either one of them had a family to celebrate with. Gracie really enjoyed helping to curl the ribbons on the packages.
She wasn't really fond of wearing a bow.
Dudley enjoyed sleeping by the tree and the fireplace.
Gracie and Dudley did their best to wish me a happy birthday. We brought home take-out chicken dinners from White Fence farm and ate in the family room on TV trays. What an exciting thing for the fur kids to be so close to the food and good smells. After dinner, as a treat for me, they both sat close to me and we had a long petting session.
They both tried singing happy birthday - what could be better?
